The development of new electric vehicles and the advancement of existing models has become an irreversible process. As dependence on fuel gradually decreases, the automotive industry is being pushed toward the development of alternative technologies.
Ferrari has also joined this trend by introducing the brand’s first fully electric vehicle - the Ferrari Luce.
This is Ferrari’s first five-seat model and the longest road car in the brand’s history, measuring 5,026 mm in length, even surpassing the Purosangue SUV in size. In addition, the Luce features a 597-liter trunk, which is another record for Ferrari.
The exterior and interior design of the Luce was developed by LoveFrom. The specially created platform for this electric vehicle gave the new model a completely different appearance, making it distinct from every other Ferrari.

One of the main priorities during the creation of the Luce was aerodynamics. According to Ferrari, the model has the lowest drag coefficient among all road cars the brand has produced so far.
The Luce is equipped with four synchronous permanent-magnet electric motors, primarily focused on the rear axle. The front pair produces 282 horsepower, while the rear two generate 831 horsepower. The total output is not a direct mathematical sum and reaches 1,035 horsepower, which still exceeds the performance of any other non-racing Ferrari model.
Despite weighing 2,268 kg, the vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, reaches 200 km/h in 6.8 seconds, and has a top speed of 310 km/h.
The Luce will deliver the performance and speed expected from Ferrari, but instead of an artificial imitation of an internal combustion engine sound, the model features a specially developed sound system that captures the mechanical sounds of its electric components and changes them depending on the selected driving mode.
The vehicle will become available for sale in Europe at the end of this year, with an estimated price of around €550,000. The Luce will not arrive in the United States until the second quarter of 2027, so pricing for the U.S. market has not yet been announced.
