Intellectual property
Caucasus Autoimport LTD holds all copyrights for the page, including its content, structure, and design. The Importer also retains all copyright and other intellectual property rights for this web page and its entire content. You must not use, process, or publish (including on social media) any information or content from the web page, including logos, images, figures, patents, service/goods signs, designs, and other intellectual property (registered or not), without prior written consent from the Importer. You do not need the Importer's consent if you use this data for non-commercial, personal purposes or if Georgian law or relevant international regulations do not require such consent.
Downloading any information from a page or preparing its copy by a customer will be considered a breach of Georgia's legislation. Suppose the Importer’s web page allows the customer to chat, interact, or have dialogue/discussion during such communication. Company transfers confidential information with Customer’s prior written consent or, in other cases, established by law with adherence to all relevant formalities and procedures.
The Importer takes maximum care to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information. However, because sending your data remotely is not encrypted, the Importer is not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties while delivering this data (including on platforms used for remote delivery). When providing confidential information to the Importer, the customer must not use automatic means that could jeopardize the safety and security of the data the Importer holds.
When you visit the web page, you may leave an 'electronic trace' that we use to perform technical operations, generate statistics, or improve site quality. You may send personal data to the Importer’s electronic mail to efficiently manage administrative functions. Customers should realize that the importer, a law-abiding company with superior social responsibility, must obey authorized bodies and entities determined by Georgia legislation. Accordingly, when such bodies and entities (Court, Police, Investigation and Revenue services, etc.) require information with a rule established by law, the Importer must obey such legal requirements and reveal the needed data (information).
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Customer confirms that the Importer may send notifications (including electronic forms like text messages or emails) about products or services available on the website.

The importer can include hyperlinks and links to third-party websites on our web pages to enhance your awareness. We do not control third-party links or the information they contain, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of their products and content. The importer may change these terms and conditions without notifying the customer. The customer is liable to familiarize themselves with these terms and conditions regularly. Regulatory Law and Jurisdiction
Georgia legislation regulates these terms and conditions. In case of dispute, the case will be discussed by the System of Common Courts of Georgia, using rules established by legislation. The invalidity of a particular record of these provisions does not invalidate other reservations of the terms and conditions.
